Napkin Test: Can you sketch a gospel concept quickly enough — on a napkin, scratch paper, or an iPad — to actually use it in the moment for coaching your own heart or someone else's? The test isn't just "do I understand this idea" but "do I understand it well enough that it becomes a tool, not just a thought"?

Ask yourself: If I had sixty seconds and a napkin, could I draw this in a way that helps a real heart in a real moment — including my own?
