Choir Submission Plan

Purpose

Beginning March 1, 2027, we're hosting a Gal-lery show of Choir members' own creations inspired by the Phantom Tami Journal.

If something you made grew out of your journal work, or our time together at the OPEN FLOWER STUDIO, we'd love to see it!

Submitting is an invitation, not a contest. Space is limited, so not every piece can be shown, and every piece is welcome to be shared.

What you can submit

Any original piece you created that connects to the Phantom Tami Journal. Up to 2 pieces per person.

The work must be your own, and you keep all rights to it. Submitting gives permission to display it in the Gal-lery only.

How to submit

Email your piece to tami@unpolished.us with the subject line Gal-lery Submission – [Your Name]. Include:

1. Your name as you'd like it displayed

2. Title of the piece

3. Type (poem, song, art, etc.)

4. 2–3 sentences on how it connects to the Phantom Tami Journal

5. One link for visitors to reach you: personal email, website, Etsy shop, or social page (optional)

6. The file or link to your piece

7. This line: "I created this work and give permission for it to be displayed in the Phantom Tami Gal-lery."

You'll get a short reply confirming we received it.

Timeline

Submissions open with the book launch on November 11, 2026, and the Gal-lery opens March 1, 2027.

Selection

Pieces are chosen for their connection to the Phantom Tami Journal and for a balanced mix of voices and forms. Additional consideration for selection is related to our values of Jesus, Generosity, and Joy along with passing The Good News Test or The Exhale Test:) Because space is limited, submitting does not guarantee inclusion.
